How do I tell which bios are installed?

If you have never updated the BIOS, there should be a sticker on the clamshell.  If you have updated in the past it should be on the second post screen which passes by too fast for most to read, You have to be quick with the pause screen button, Or there are a couple of programs that do show it. although they are old and may be hard to find PCWizard and Everest

AIDA64 also shows the bios version. it is found under Motherboard/Motherboard Properties/Motherboard ID. Shows Bios version and date.
