Correction, it's 5 days and 10 posts.  But 5 complete days (120 hours).

You don't need to ,you need to follow the EVGA forums TOS and make your post corrected.A mod has nothing to do with you following the stated guidelines for posting in that section.You still have not corrected your post anyways,maybe once you have a mod will unlock it .

Honistly i think they should require having one registered product, and maybe get a little thing in your post or profile thay says "confirmed buyer" or something.
 
The PM thing is to help prevent PM spam and scams... heck it should be like 30 days.
 
Because what do scammers do? They hit and run, take someone money are product and bail out as quick as they can. So the longer they have to wait the less likely they are going to do it... because time is money.

I dont know where were going here but Im trying not to be rude obviously , I have read them and was going to modify the post , with the correct format , but I could not edit my thread to do so nor pm mod to unlock this . DO you understand ?

I just have seen people on here scammed before so i get cautious of new members in the marketplace... But even older members have been at fault... 3:

I still like the idea of having some way to prove that you have a registered product though. so many people can say it but there is no way to prove it.

To the OP, since it wouldn't let you PM a mod to unlock the thread to correct it you could have reported the post in the thread you wanted to correct. The report button is in the bottom left corner of your post and looks like a red sharpie making a circle. Then simply stated that you were ready to correct the post to follow the T.O.S and it would have been unlocked.

Oops sorry you can't report your own post. You would have to report the first post that isn't yours and just let them know why you are reporting it.

You can always send an email to webmaster@evga.com and have it looked into.  Shane or Rob will forward it on to the necessary people.
