SuperVillain Studios brings us Tower Wars -- where tower defense meets tower offense.

Tower Wars is a tower defense mixed with a strategy element. The objective of the game is to defend your base from invading units while counterattacking with your own army. Simply put, the first player to destroy the opposing player's base (perhaps it's a castle) wins.

You choose from a selection of various towers and use them to create a path to stop your opponent's army from reaching your base. There are mines in the game which provide gold every second and can be upgraded for faster mining to produce more gold. The barracks also provide a multitude of different upgrades for your units, from increasing armor and movement speed to adding shields. Lastly, your castle cam be upgraded to increase the attack and defensive capabilities.

Looks good. Reminds me of the old WC3 tower defense/war mods that would keep me amused for hours on end. Would love to give it a shot.
