I bought an EVGA GTX670 SC 3 months ago, believing it to be a good and reliable brand, and a fast videocard... I've never had such a bad experience since then !
First my computer hung from time to time, a few days later I got pink colored blocks in my screen and when I used the VGA testing tool, it never got above 100 fps and always crashed my computer. I replaced the videocard with my previous GTX8800 from another brand, worked like a charm ...
I returned the GTX 670 to the store and received a new EVGA GTX670 SC. After installation averything worked perfect for the first month or so, then my pc started having trouble booting from time to time, but when eventually successfully booted worked perfectly. A week later successfull boots where getting sparser and sparser until not able to boot anymore, and then I checked the boot... surprisingly (?) the BIOS gave a video card error code.
So reinstalled my trustworthy GTX8800 from another brand, and now I'm typing this while the GTX8800 works perfectly in my system..
Tomorrow back to the store to see if I have to trade in the broken EVGA GTX670SC for another of if I can change to another GTX670 from another brand... hoping for the second solution !
A very disappointed and sad ex-EVGA customer !

it's not evga, it's the gtx 670 in general.

You do realize if you RMA through EVGA that they will upgrade it to the FTW version and ship it to you first 2nd day air?
