My multimonitor configuration crashes randomly defaulting to 1 screen.

My surround monitor setup crashes randomly here and there.
Crashing, meaning the configuration drops 2 monitors and defaults to 1.
I'm unsure of the cause, I have tried different nvidia drivers, and get the same result.
Using GTX 590 and DVI cables that were supplied with the monitors which are brand new HDCP complient LED 1080p 22" monitors.
This is even after a new windows 7 install after getting the Z77 FTW. Before this, I still had the same problem, but never payed much attention since it was new to me, and I was in the process of upgrading anyway.
Any ideas would be much appreciated. Really cannot figure it out.
One thing I do know, it happens when I use Internet Explorer 9.
It never happens when I'm gaming.
