Yes, the 1500W PSU's were held up by customs in Europe, they are on the way so you should get tracking soon.

who knows how much time is soon.. this is killing me

Because of that I told you to ready money for customs. My PSU only EVGA can test for me and than send if they want...
Custom in Serbia and employers will be regret if they do that.

Some people don't understand that for them is PC good CPU and good graphic card.

Yes but tracking number is good because you know than in few hour when they will deliver to apartmen or when they call me to come and pay something or I can call and ask for number of package and what's going onme where to come or they will deliver. When CORSAIR send me panel that is something in morning about 10h and maybe I go in shop for food or something if UPS don't find me at home they will go, I don't know anything then.
Only because of that is good trucking number.

Yeah that's exactly because of that.. Also I'm a very sleepy guy and I normally wake up at 1 PM ( 13 : 00 ) and at that time they have already tried to deliver normally..
