A couple weeks ago i lost the place i was living at so I've been on the streets, and due to time restrictions and me wanting to keep working(and lets behonest playing games) at the library and my sheer fear of people, ive been hiding in local parks.
Well tonight as of a few hours ago, a couple guys tried to rob me in the park.
Im just trying to sleep and a black guy walks right up to me and grabs one of my bags and starts to run off. I wake up and yell at him and he drops the bag and flee's.
It started to rain so i moved off into another part of the park, and a couple minutes later the guy comes back looking for me but this time with a friend and a bunch of water balloons.
The guy walked right up to me and pulls my blanket off of me and shouts "give me your bags motherbleep"
when i had moved position i pulled out my knife and so i jumped up and tried to stab the guy. He runs off and tosses as ballon at me.
I reach into my pocket roaring at the guy and dial 911 on my phone.
His accomplis throws another balloon at me and they take off running when they hear the dispatch pick up(i keep my phone on speaker since i have hearing issues)

So yeah,  a couple of punks tried to rob me...

That sucks, Are you seriously living on the streets? I'm sorry to hear that. You're able to keep your job and pay for your phone, At least your priorities are set straight.

Now days in large cities it is to dangers to walk the streets at night. People are getting desperate these days and will just about do anything. Hey do you have some kind of vehicle or some sort to sleep in? Or even a friend or relatives house you can stay at?

No i dont. I dont have any money and im scared (Edited out for language) of cars, i cant drive. so ive never had a drivers licience.
And no i dont have any friends, and all my relatives abandoned me because they hate me or hate me because im transgender and thats an embarassment to them an our family.

no my family is 100% american. your run of the mill evangelical christians.

And i have a fiancee, but she cant do anything and its pushing her over the edge and i feel aweful

I am not a christian. I believe in God but not bound to any religion out there. I am a Deists. Even thou I don't have a religion preference I still recognize God.  Many of our founding fathers where Deists. Well my friend I just want you to never lose hope and your determination. I know your on a bumpy ride but you can do it. Anything is possible if you put your mind to it. I can promise you that. Even thou I don't know you, I still care for you in a since that you are a wonderful person and I just don't want you to give up. This journey you have will test your will power and strength to get through your troubles you are having, which will only make you a stronger person in the end. I am also glad you to hear you have a fiancee. I am trouble to also to read your fiancee's worry for you. Is there any way you can move in with her in the mean time while you get your life together? I am glad to read your fiancee is willing to stick with you through thick and thin. Like I said my friend do a stranger(me) a favor and don't give up. Best of all luck to you.

Yeah long story short, I desided to run to the bathroom one night and not put pants on, and my sister saw me and mom flipped her wigg and is trying to get me put in prison for a sex offence(absolutely BOGUS but its something i cant fight because im trans strike one, im an athiest strike 2, im also homeless and poor strike 3.

and no i have my job but i didnt get paid yet so i cant even look for a place to live, and i had to keep working and i didnt get to work all bout 7hours total the past 2 weeks so yeah i got majorly screwed over.

 
Getting robbed sucks, but at water balloon point... Well that's borderline 1st world problems.  I wish the last time I was jumped the dudes had water balloons instead.  I don't suppose your assailant wasn't like 12 and you didn't happen to fall asleep in the park and wake up at a birthday party, did you?

You've got to find one way or another to get yourself out of the situation you're in.  You may not ask for trouble, but you put yourself in its path.  I'd swallow my pride and ask for sanctuary at a church, but I don't think you're at that point yet.

I asked the officer that arrived at the scene, she said there was nothing wrong with what i did reguardless if i had stabbed the guy or not.

So long as you feel he is going to touch you in the wrong way, You have every right to act in self defense. So don't listen to kanti! :)
 
Just don't go overboard and stab him then cut his man parts off and feed them to him or something like that LOL!

It all comes down to the judge and the lawyers should it go that far.  I had a cop tell me that it isn't his job to read. Good to know...

A shelter isnt exactly the best place for a transgender person to be, especially religious ones.

And who said my phone had service? youcan call 911 free of charge on any cellphone.
People get assulted and screwed with in shelthers too.

I'm sorry you are in this position Fran. A lot of us really do want to help. The job market where I live has not been hit as hard as most places in the US and the cost of living is affordable as well. I'm sure you could find something around here, but I doubt Kansas is anywhere on your list of places to go.
 
I don't know how you've been so unfortunate with your past living situations. To be honest, from what I've read it sounds like you have a problem of speaking your mind to the wrong people. While it's a good thing to let people know your situation to better understand you. There are things I've learned to stay away from when it comes down to talking to people that can mess with my living situations. Religion and Politics, the two biggest things that get people irate... I learned this when my auto mechanic found out my political views. When he didn't agree, he silently let me know by disconnecting one of my headlights and one of my tail lights on the last visit to get an oil change, then trying to charge me to replace parts that work fine... Now I will have to figure out my auto problems on my own and find my own tools, cause i'm not taking it back to him and i'm sure as hell not paying full price when I could take that money to buy tools and just do it my self... All of this passive BS because of politics.
 
Religion will do it just as quick, lots of places are breeding hate right now. People have no clue how far it goes, but really, being vocal that you are atheist will hurt you when you're out in public. What you see as the definition of an atheist as you visit places like reddit and other social websites like that... Are not the same thing as what the majority of the population are being taught. In my area, those things are to be left in the back of your head unless you want to deal with passive anger you'll get from some people. Some will try and ruin your job and reputation over it. People are VERY judgmental and nosy. You have to tread lightly.

No after my mom kickedme out i ended up in vegas and in vegas another trans woman picked me up. she gave me a place to stay and what not but after a few months kicked me out right before i could get paid and move out.
Be noted I barely even spoke to this person, by the end of the time i was living there i was nearly silent.
As in i didnt speak.
all i did was sit in my room sleep work and play games, waiting for my money to come in.

Now im in seattle.

I'm with RainStryke on this: I'm all for voicing your opinions to others, but it seems like you have a problem with picking the wrong people to voice them to.

My point is proven here. If you went to a shelter and didn't voice your religious/sexual/political views, you probably wouldn't have any problems.
Again, I have no problem with outspoken people; heck, I'm one myself. But you have to choose your battles wisely.

When I lived on the streets, I made sure to always bring my gaming PC so I could promptly reply to forum posts. 

I'm slightly skeptical, I spent a month on the streets, my priority was food and shelter not internet.

If you were to call me on the phone youd hear a woman speaking back to you. How do i know this? Because every (Edited out for language) time i talk to someone on the phone i hear "ma'am, miss, she, her" on the other line when they talk back.
I have a blatently unquestionably female voice, this is not something i can exactly hide now can I?
I have a andorgonistic apperance now. I get both "sir" and "ma'am" in stores, restraunts, libraries, ect.
Its quite apparent that i seem to look neither entirely male or female, infact ive had a few people ask me outright "Are you male or female?"

I cant hide the fact anymore that im transgendered anymore than you can hide the fact that youre a man.
I could walk around in a skirt and high heels painted nails and hair all primmed up and no one would even question whether i was a girl or not.
What do you freaking people NOT understand about that?!

Im being sent to a womens shelter tonight as well just FYI.
