Exactly, they dont want to step their game through new innovations so they try to shut down the competition through legal means. Open source is definitely a good thing for both consumers and businesses as it means a wider variety of products and usually at cheaper prices. It would be nice to see more viable options for open source PC gaming and yes I know they're making advancements with OpenGL but its not widely adopted. I do think that Microsoft is feeling the pressure, especially in the mobile segment, which is why you will able to buy Windows 8 for $40 when it comes out.

I love it. Also, I love how Samsung is opening Samsung Stores all over the place.....like a slap with a white glove to Apple's face. I'm surprised Apple doesn't try and sue Samsung over it actually.....they can claim they had a store first and that nobody after them can open any stores.

My wife and I have never been as pleased with any phone from any carrier/company like we are with our HTC 4G LTE. Had them for over a month and still cannot find anything we do not like. It is without a doubt the best one ever for us.
Love that Andriod is working out.

If it's not the best phone then what is? HTC one X is pretty nice, but it lacks the soft buttons(which i love). razer maxx's battery life is amazing, but i don't think the phone itself is nice. MAYBE the GSIII, but i don't think it's going to have the development that the nexus has.

It was easily one of the best phones available when it hit the market and it still is. The only thing the new phones have are larger screens and maybe thinner.

Just got a galaxy S3 with a grandfathered unlimited data plan on verizon. I am in 4g heaven. Amazing phone after being a blackberry user for years. Couldn't be happier.
