Omg, HAZMAN, I have the same problem. I've been to anger management therapy twice, kicked out both times. I have to take Propranolol for this. My body produces a ton of hormones and it increases my adrenaline levels to crazy heights, I get very angry very quick. My six year old son has inherited this same problem from me. He can't yet take what I take but he takes 2 different drugs for this.

I know man anger management sucks! I lost a girlfriend because she said I was always angry and she did not want to be around some one like me. I thought that was unfair because I am naturally like this. Also I hate the acne on the back. I mean its not bad where its like EWWWWW where you can play connect the dots lol. It also comes and goes at times. But I just get embarrassed to take my shirt off some times. I would rather be fat and take my shirt off then have acne on the back. They say guys always think about sex because there guys but when you have a lot of testosterone you just get that natural erg to have sex even when you don't want too.

scientifically proven fact! and I am serious.
 
sex, seeing sex, thinking about sex, guns, cars, destruction, risk taking behavior,fighting, winning etc... are all known to increase testosterone levels by a significant amount.

correct! testosterone is what drives sex drive in both male and female in all animals but females have far less of it.
 
Males also have estrogen just way less than females.

If your eating Soy, Tofu, Soybeans or beans of any sort STOP

If I have a child my testosterone will go down due to the nature for caring for a infant. I can take estrogen pills but I don't want to get moobs (man boobs). Just take some steroids to increase your testosterone. Its the fastest way but with of course the side affects. Just take it for one month and quit and see what happens lol.

My friend, I stated in the OP that my doctor has already told me that my levels are low. That is where the problem comes in, $$$..... Looking for alternatives.

not technically true, they may contain molecules similar to estrogen doesn't mean it works exactly like estrogen in the body.
 
As far as I remember plant type estrogens are far less potent when replacing animal estrogens and the interesting part is the plant type molecules can fit into the estrogen receptor sites in cells but actually trigger the estogen functions far less.
 
 
So in theory the affect on males is it may? increase testosterone as estrogen is a suppressor of its production and since plant estrogens can block the receptor sites for estrogen with itself as a weaker form it makes logical sense we should either see a slight increase in testosterone or no change as far as I understand.
 
Not sure about the roll in females though, I would expect a different result.

taking steroids is the fastest way to get female man boobs and that hourglass figure and nice rosy skin
 
when there is too much testosterone( or your body doesn't want to except it), the metabolite of it is..... yup estrogen.
