Step Up - Paypal greyed out Thursday, July 05, 2012 1:00 AM (permalink)
Hello Guys,
step up is now available but when i click on Submit Payment and reach the next Page everything is greyed out with many XXXXXXXXXXXX.

The page says: "Home 2:You cannot submit any payment to Paypal, please verify your information!"
Maybe im blind but i cant find a possibility in my EVGA Profil to do that. Where is it/What to do now?

Oh and one of my card was bought as "bulk" because i get the card a few days after the availability disappeared in Germany so i have no accessories or a box. Was bought at mindfactory. I hope thats no problem?

Best regards.

We're still working on this, at this point the issue might be on PayPal's side... I'll check in again tomorrow.

Purchase Extended Warranty (EU) - Paypal greyed out Sunday, September 23, 2012 1:37 PM (permalink)
When I click "Purchase" at eu.evga.com/support/ExtWarrantyEU.asp I get a new page "EVGA Paypal Secured Payment Process - Step One" where the input fields are protected and filled with 0 or X.
The error message is "Home (3): You cannot submit any payment to Paypal, please verify your information!"

maybe (this is a guess based off the date shown on your account of 8/16/12) that since your PAST the 30 days(last day would have been 9/16/12) to purchase the extended warranty it is not a option for you?

It's working now. I could successfully extend the warranty.

Me, myself and I would never use Paypal for ordering stuuf on another site besides eBay, which I don't use anymore. It's a lot safer to use EVGAs site to pay and complete ur purchases.

I've had problems with Paypal before with other things and sites, and just wouldn't work, plus they say I owe them 64.00 dollars that I have proof of paying off all my stuff from Paypal from my Bank. So those monkeys shouldn't be trusted, because the first time I paid PP even though I didn't owe them money. Second time I went to my Bank and they confirmed i paid everything I used PP for, even on their own damm site it says that I paid for everything, but PP is so stupid that they still say I owe them 64.00 when all proof says I don't, even on their own site.
