Help! GTX 670 frame rate issue.

CPU : i52500 3.3g
HHD : ssd 120g khx
Power : Rosewill 850w
MoBo MSi z77a-gd65
GPU vga evga GTX 670 FTW
I am currently having major issues with my graphics with a new computer.. Ive searched forums, updated drivers then tried beta drivers, updated bios and nothing has seemed to work. Games from d3, bf2bc2 and tf2 all seem to have major issues with rendering with out major sutters. I'm lost and need help, dear EVGA wizards please help <beg> Ill do anything to fix this issue.

Im hearing alot about this, over at nvidia forums. stuttering,
Im so close to pressing the buy botton,
But,The stuttering prob and finding a good block for the 4gb,eu. is stoping me.
Go over to nivida forums, might help you.
