I sometimes cook at odd hours, but I wont BBQ unless I have enough light to be sure nothing gets into the food I wouldn't feel comfortable eating. I think I might just have to smoke me some scallops tomorrow. I'm not sure if I have any bacon though...

This is what I had for lunch last week, I sliced a pork tenderloin super thin and slammed it on the BBQ, made sandwiches with it all week long. Got another tenderloin I'll be BBQ'ing up for next week's lunches. Marinated in garlic Hoi Sin sauce, super tender, juicy, damn I love pork. Funny, I'm munchin on my BBQ'ed pork sandwiches, my boss looks at me and tells me to hold the fort while he zips out for a Big Mac, lmfao! Really? Dude, expand your horizons! 
Got some stuff in a plastic box that's makes my screen turn on when I push the button on the front, cool. I think it's aliens, but I'll have to confirm with voodoo do-er on that.

Yeah man, lunch for next week, I thought I had more Greek with Feta dressing for a marinade, but nope, so I topped it off with zesty Italian. Beer is added for extra flavour.  This is what I end up with after slicing the tenderloin into 1/4" thick/thin slices, it'll be on the BBQ in 30 minutes, I set some aside for the "chef" lol, it ain't gonna make into a sandwich. 
Got some stuff in a plastic box that's makes my screen turn on when I push the button on the front, cool. I think it's aliens, but I'll have to confirm with voodoo do-er on that.

I am from the south and BBQ is over-rated. I will take a nice pork butt/shoulder marinated in mojo sauce any day over it. My tastebuds require more that what any southern food can provide.

My lunches are ready! I got swarmed by mosquitos while BBQ'ing though, first time I've had to put up with them this year, freakin brutal, I was actually breathing mosquitos, had to go in and slam on my hoodie. It's been super hot here, no bugs, cooled down yesterday and then rained, the blood-suckers are out to make up for lost time.
