Installed latest BIOS: - Still post code AA when booting into Windows (BIOS 011 showed CPU temps but since then all I get is AA instead of CPU temps).
- Still unable to boot if memory installed in DIMM7 or DIMM8 (post code error b7 for DIMM7 and b0 for DIMM8).
Could someone let me know what these post codes actually mean for starters as the manual does not mention them. I'm doubting that this is a bad board seeing as atleast other people are confirmed to have the same post code AA issue since 011 and unable to use DIMM7 and DIMM8 slots. (I have tried Corsair Dominator 4GB modules and Corsair XMS3 2Gb modules). By the way, what about the supported memory list for C606 chipset? Don't see one of those on support pages.

Yes i think i can safely say that BIOS 15 has stopped the BSOD at start up and everything seems to be running stable at last. My first boot today was greeted with two consecutive BSOD on startup using BIOS 14 but after flashing to BIOS 15 i’ve shut down completely and restarted over 10 times and not had one BSOD yet but will keep trying and report back..............nice one EVGA System Spec: Cosmos II EVGA SR-X Motherboard Intel Xeon E5-2687W s2011 CPU’s EVGA GTX680 Hydro Copper GPU’s Memory – Kingston HyperX 48GB SSD’s - Kingston 120GB Coolermaster 1300w Silent Pro Hybrid PSU

B0 and B1 stepping processors still do not work. On the next version can you make the BIOS recognize the microcode of B0 and B1 stepping processors?

One other thing, I select XMP profile 1 (or even try and set timings myself) but anything I set is ignored and I continue to run my memory at 1333mhz. Not to mention the inability to run memory in DIMM7 DIMM8

I really also think that anyone who have that problem with socket 7 and 8 have an inherent problem (probably with some electrical connection that is flawed), and most likely should RMA it to EVGA - I was actually wondering when you were going to do it, and why you had not done it sooner. Anyways, I hope it works out Sleinous. Best regards : CyberstormXIII

I also hope it works out as this is going to be a big pain taking apart a system I spent many an hour putting together
