P67 FTW red lights on PCI-E slots

Okay, I switched out my GPU and put it under water. When i went to boot, I get four beeps and red lights all the way down my PCI-E slots. Any ideas on what it means? Manual does not help. This is not my first build, nor my first underwater. Any ideas appreciated.
 Main rig: i7 970 OC'd to 4.3 GHz, Water cooled, 1000HX, eVGA x58 Classy 3, 12 GBs Corsair Dominator-GT 2000, eVGA GTX 680HC and eVGA GTX 580 HC2 24/7 folding rig: i7 2600K OC'd to 4.5 GHz, Armageddon cooler, eVGA P67 FTW, 8GB Corsair Vengence 1600. eVGA GTX 580 HC2, PSU 750TX My Affiliate Code: P0RALLKODM

NVM. I figured it out. I reseated my GPU and RAM and everything is working now.
