P67 FTW red lights on PCI-E slots

Okay, I switched out my GPU and put it under water. When i went to boot, I get four beeps and red lights all the way down my PCI-E slots. Any ideas on what it means? Manual does not help. This is not my first build, nor my first underwater.
Any ideas appreciated.

NVM. I figured it out. I reseated my GPU and RAM and everything is working now.
