what are you planing ?
not planning anything, but it was not much more than the corsair ax1200 and i personally always have doubts about corsair because i have had to many products that were DOA, didnt last, or neer worked correctly, plus i had reservations after reading all the complaints of the squealing/whining coils with the ax1200. then again i am not to keep on a single rail 1k or above psu ( i like that extra ocp from a multirail psu.
right now i just want to get all the parts so i can build it and go from there, i know i want tri-sli using at least gtx 470's ( do to the HDMI port but would prefer 500 series). anyway what i have thoughts of is as follows:
1600 watt psu (wont ever put a strain on this bad boy and figure it might actually last me through a few future builds)
tri-sli gtx g70's, GTX 560 Ti 448 Cores FTW, GTX 560 Ti 448 Cores Classified Ultra, or gtx 570 hd/ds hd, or hd 2560mb
i7 1366 980x or 990x cpu
24 gigs or g.skill ripjaw ram
br burner (possibly 2)
ocz 360gig ssd drive
3x seagate 2tb drives ( to add to the 1 tb and 2 500 gig drives i currently have ( ssd will replace the main 320 gig hdd as that one is going to stay with my 780i rig)
a cnps9900 max-r cpu fan
aerocool v12xt fan controller (mainly for bling LOL)
red led light tubes (2 on the way but want at least 4 maybe more)
with the psu i ordered i will be good for just about anything including wcing if i decide to watercool later
