Which Crucial M4 64gb drive to get?

Hi All, I plan on getting a Crucial M4 64 GB drive to use with Intel SRT. I dont have the funds to go larger and the transfer speeds using SRT are good enough for me. There seems to be many variations of this drive available for sale on Newegg though and I dont know the difference between them. The variations are: CT064M4SSD1, CT064M4SSD2CCA, CT064M4SSD2BAA, CT064M4SSD2 and CT064M4SSD1CCA. The price between the drives varies by about $15 but I cant figure out what the difference is between them. Can anyone point me in the right direction? Thanks!

You didn't specify non-SF. I had no trouble with 6 Corsair post Dec 2010 and before the 2011 SATA3 issues. My new Intel 330 is SF so Intel knows a bit. Samsung 830 Samsung 830: http://www.anandtech.com/show/4863/t...ssd-830-review on sale end of May. I think Corsair Force GT are fine, their more expensive line Performance Pro are not SF but Marvell and $190 128GB. I just think 64GB is while possible cutting it thin. Takes more work to insure it stays small and has room to breath and function for $125 http://www.newegg.com/Pro...x?Item=N82E16820148442 Crucial m4 64GB models

I believe the SSD1 is just older firmware. The other BAA & CCA models are the same but include accessories. Look at the pictures or check Crucial's website for the difference but they're all basically the same.

If you want a reliable 64GB SSD I would get the Samsung 830 over the crucial. They are both more reliable than SF drives and I would put them on equal terms in reliability. But the Samsung has twice the write speeds for the same reliability and price.
