Which ssd boot drive + raid 0 for programs and files?

Which ssd boot drive + raid 0 for programs and files? Tuesday, May 29, 2012 2:24 PM (permalink)
I was looking at a 120 gb Mushkin Chronos Mushkin http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820226236 . This would just be to hold windows 7.  I would put all other programs and files on a raid 0 with 2 500gb Caviar Blacks and back them both up to an external hd.  Is this the best ssd I could chose?  I'm looking to pay about $100 but the cheaper the better.
