Update: I reformatted my SSD and storage HDD today in hopes of fixing my problem. Turns out even with a reformat and next to nothing on my drive I still have BSoDs. It's not temperature related because I got a BSoD when the GPU was at 67c. Error reports are two posts down.
 
I've got a serious (and strange) problem here. This affects any game I play whether it be GTA: SA, Just Cause 2, Deus Ex: HR, ArmA 2, Company of Heroes, whatever you name it. I am getting constant crashes (display driver stopped responding and has recovered) and occasional BSoD's in all these games and I have yet to isolate an actual culprit. I have tried so many things these past three days I am about to pull my hair out over here. I've tried using 296.10, doing a clean install of the new beta 3xx driver, and then doing another clean install of 296.10 again. I've tried disabling Realtek HD Audio a couple ways, changing around msconfig boot settings, changing driver settings, loading BIOS optimized defaults (have not tried fail-safe), running CCleaner registry and disk cleaning tools, monitoring temperatures of hardware (all remaining cool), changing TDR timing in the registry, updating DirectX, updating .NET Framework, updating Visual Studio, and I'm about out of ideas here.

Assuming (and hoping) it's not hardware related since my GTX 570 Classified Edition is still fairly new and it was working flawlessly a week ago.

My frustration met with finding these forum posts on here about other users having similar TDR issues leads me to fume at nvidia, though I'm not even sure they are to blame here.

Other than Windows updates I haven't changed anything with my system I can think of to cause this.

Browsing the web, watching videos online, or even watching full 15 GB 1080p movies in VLC player never gives me any trouble. Only games. All games!

I also updated my BIOS and Chipset only to still experience the very same problem.

I'm really tempted to just do a complete wipe and reformat my system SSD and storage HDD. This is so frustrating.

Have you flashed the card's latest firmware update??
 
There's a post in this forum with the links for the firmwares.
 
Make sure you download EXACTLY the one for your product number.
 
Also, you need to tell us your complete specs and the temps you're getting when playing those games. That way we can help you better.

Signature updated with current specifications. According to EVGA Precision X my 570 Classified is warming up to 83c at 50% fan speed playing Just Cause 2 maxed out at 1920x1080. Attached is a BSoD error report I just got during Just Cause 2 after completely reformatting both my SSD and HDD.

Update: I set up a fan profile in Precision X and I got another BSoD. This time it crashed at 67c so temperature can't be the issue here. Second attached image is this crash report. This time it says something about DirectX.
 
I just ran the firmware update.exe and rebooted. It says I am running 70.10.49.00.72. Is this the most recent version? Not sure if the update worked correctly.

I have posted my thoughts in a new thread in the 500 series catagory but thought I would reply here anyway.
 
My 570 HD Superclocked was crahsing in MW3 and I tried almost everthing you have stated.  I think my problem was sovled by the installation of .Net Framework 4.
 
I see that you said you updated .Net in your first post, but to what version?  3.5 or 4?
 
Also, your last post states that you completely reformatted your system disk, which would probably wipe .Net 4 (or 3.5 if you had only updated to that).
 
This is what I do:
 
- Reinstall Windows 7 64-bit Home Premium
 
- Install Mobo drivers (audio/network etc)
 
- Install .Net Framework 4 from standalone installer from Windows website  

- Install 296.10
 
- Update DirectX 10 and 11 from disc that came with my 570 HD Superclocked

P.S. I have already done the firmware update (which did not fix the crashing but it may be required).  Also, I too ran custom fan speeds using the EVGA tool and it still crashed while reporting a temp of 62 degrees.  I think newer drivers need .Net 4 to accurately read/report card temps.  The BSOD is caused by the card overheating - it thinks it's 62 degrees but is actually way higher and is not being vented.

Good news! I've discovered my problem.

I ran tons of hardware stress tests and diagnostics all day long. Lastly I finally ran SpinRite 6.0 and the program actually crashed twice. Naturally I thought the program must have a bug in it or something. I then downloaded Seagate's official DOS disk diagnostic utility. That also crashed during the diagnostic. Mind you it didn't detect any errors, the program simply gave out errors.

Then it hits me like a ton of bricks. This HDD I have in my computer is the fifth(!) 1.5 TB Seagate Barracuda drive I've had. I got my first one a few years ago and have had four fail me since. Seagate is kind enough to keep sending me new ones, but it's ridiculous anyway. Well long story short it seems I just had my fifth Seagate Barracuda 1.5 TB fail me. Whoever is reading this I strongly discourage purchasing one of these drives.

Anyway I unplugged my SATA cable from my HDD (it's just for downloads, my main drive is a SSD) and now I have no more crashes or BSoDs.
