Moved to a new Corsair Force GT and it took only 5 minutes for Paragon to copy everything.

I can migrate OS to SSD/HDD with freeware: AOMEI Partition Assistant Home. Paragon migration will cost $30.

I've tried some free solutions but Paragon's solution was flawless compared to some issues I've had with other software solutions both free and paid.
Intel i7 3820 + Corsair H100, Corsair Vengeance LP Black 32GB (CML32GX3M4A1600C10), EVGA GTX 680, (GTX 580/GTX 670SC for folding) Corsair AX1200 + Sleeved Corsair Modular cabling, EVGA X79 SLI MB, Corsair Force GS 240GB SSD (system), WD 2TB Black (two) for storage/backup, Acer 23.6 inch LCD, Windows 7 Ultimate, Corsair 600T White Special Edition PC chassis, Corsair M60 + K60, Corsair Vengeance 2000 Headset, Corsair Link. Clone OS from Paragon is $20 and I use it weekly, mainly before patch Tuesday, and both drives will boot with only the need to set the boot manager in BIOS and F12. http://www.paragon-softwa...ome/migrate-OS-to-SSD/ Some people want free, some have used Acronis or Ghost. I just like the disk to disk and done, no need for boot CD or getting out Windows DVD. And getting ready for next release of Windows 8 in next week. Right now though using HDM 12 Suite because it supports Windows 8 somewhat.
Processor: Core i5 3570 @ 3.78GHz OS: Windows 8 HDD: WD 1TB Samsung 840 Memory: Corsair DDR3 2526GB 1600MHz Graphic: eVGA GTX 460 1GB Monitor: HP ZR24w

I haven't used Paragon's Migrate OS to SSD but I have used Acronis True Image Home 2012 (with the Plus Pack) and it too works seamlessly. Acronis has the disk-to-disk too; no need for a boot disc.

If just want to transfer system, Aomei Partition Assistant is enough, you have no need to pay the money for this short operation. Free is better for us.
