they better improve the performance on the next upcoming drivers. because they are simply not allowed to make a cheaper GPU faster.

Well i have read somewhere which the GTX 670 benchmarks was with the 301.25 Drivers which aren't released yet. they should boost the performance and thats how it shows that it beats the 680, just gotta wait.

Let's hope so. I've never had drivers that let my overclocking increase by more than 10. Lol.
