So I bought a card from the EVGA Market Place. Registered the card, and says I have a 3 Year limited Warranty from the purchase date. Except on the Warranty page It reads

All products purchased ON or AFTER July 1st, 2011 include a 3 year limited warranty from the date of purchase to the original owner with a valid invoice. For original owners without a valid invoice and users that have not purchased the product from an authorized reseller, the warranty begins from the date the product was shipped from EVGA's warehouse. Registration is recommended.

Now I am not the original owner, I'm the second owner. Why is your warranty page not clear on second hand owner ship. I know the warranty follows the card. So, how do you know when it shipped from your warehouse, and why do I not know that. I think it should show how much of my warranty is left. I think you guys need to work on your system some or make it more clear. Because the way it reads right now, I the second hand owner, have a three year warranty because that is what it is telling me. More clarification in your system is needed.

Look up the serial number on the Guest RMA page in the support section - that will accurately tell you how much time you have.
