entwineryche How in the world did you score that high on one card? I hit 25000+ using two with a 3930K??? That was with 1547 MHz clock per GPU which is much higher than stock frequency and would account for the higher score on a single card. It looks like the card was at sub-zero also. Very impressive overall.

xKimo According to the specs of your power supply and the minimum requirements to run a GTX 690 you shouldn't have a problem running one card.

How about 100w lower HX650? Considering 690 peaks at same than 480 and highest average is ~30W lower so I don't see how it wouldn't run :p Still damn tempted to buy it.. So shiny.. But becomes fast expensive if I have to start replacing other parts just for it.
Asus P8P67 Pro - i5 2500K - 8GB Ripjaws-X - EVGA GTX 680 Classified - Corsair Obsidian 650D&Corsair HX650 Crucial m4 512GB - Win7 Ult 64-bit - LG W2600HP&Cintiq 12WX I know, rest of my stuff isn't quite as shiny as the Classified.

Does adding a Water Block to the 690 void m Evga warranty? Koolance now has Water Blocks and I am in the planning stages to go completly water with my system.

You should be fine for warranty as long as you keep the original air cooler so that if you have to RMA down the road you can put the air cooler back on.

Ok, so I actually managed to snag one of these cards from the evga store, and I've been waiting (as patiently as anyone waiting for a GTX690 possibly could) for it to ship. Everything went through fine, and as per the instructions on this thread, called in and confirmed my address with evga. I even took the time to call my CC company to tell them a transaction from evga wa coming. That was last Wednesday. Today, my status is still 'processing'. What exactly are they processing? Maybe they should upgrade their processors. Can anyone shed some light as to what is going on here? \\ L

I just realized that them peeps have their memorial day long weekend over there today, so I'll need to wait another day to find out what of it. It's just really rough sitting around for this thing. I feel like a kid waiting for Christmas day... Except I didn't have to pay $1K to open my gifts. If I did, however, I'd want to open them NOW!!!! ;)

zalbard EVGA_JacobF nordhavn Is there ever going to be a hydro copper version?. ;) Is it going to be factory overclocked? Or is there any other reason to get this card instead of a normal GTX 690 and your waterblock? Bump for this. Strongly considering buying a regular GTX 690 now and a EVGA waterblock later on. A hint would suffice.

Are you guys also experiencing that stuttering issue when VSYNC is activated? I was reading some forums and found out people are getting kinda angry about it..

Well folks, do I have a story for you that only EVGA could write. I ordered my gtx690 signature card back on My 3rd and it went immediately to back ordered. So I waited and read about you all that were getting yours. Finally on Friday May 25th I called the sales number to see if anyone had a clue when the back orders were going to filled. So after an exchange of information and phone calls I'm told that they, EVGA had experienced a programming fault on my order. Well if that is true then it is a 1st for me having that as an explaination. Anyway, I got the card this evening via UPS. The one thing I noticed right away was it is quite for being an air cooled card. 2nd is that the normal windows 7 running temp is 32 c and when I test it running the EVE Online MMO at max video settings the temp went up to 38c with only 55 % fan speed. So far I am impressed with this. More tests results to follow.

I Just put in my gtx 690 and ran the Unigine Heaven dx11 3.0 benchmark and its stuttering heavily. Any info on whether this is a driver issue? Nothing to do with vsynch btw.

Finally got mine in. This thing is a monster. Hopefully I'll have time to mess with it some more this weekend, but I can say I've thrown everything I have at it and it barely pushes it. It's almost like it's saying "cool, what else you got?"

Just got mine installed last night, they are a work of art. Can't say say it is really much faster than the 670's sli (3-6%) I was running, but an excellent product. Won't overclock was well as my former 670's, but still ran a bit faster anyway.

Ok, my gtx 690 has finally arrived and i'm running it right now! :D I have some doubts: Do i need to install the "SLI_Enhancement.zip" patch? Do i need to always consider it as being on a SLI setup or not? Or a SLI would be only if i had 2x690s?
