I have my GTX 275 video card overclocked to 720MHZ and sometimes when I boot Skyrim the clock shows 720 and then will drop to 400 and sometimes 300mhz on the OSD. I have noticed that the frame rates don't really drop so I am thinking that it maybe something in the way the software is coded. I am running Win 7 64 bit with the latest EVGA drivers
