How do I update my bios with a .ROM file? Do I burn it to a cd and boot from dvd drive? Do I copy it to a diskette, well I can't do that don't have one. Or is there a way I can update my bios with in windows?

I am using an Asus P8Z68-V Gen3 motherboard. I am trying to update my bios to the latest bios provided by asus.

Do I need to download the bios utility thing? Sorry. I would search google but probably get confused and mess it up. I have better luck with answers from you guys. Thanks
