help with voltage control

i bought 2 gt 430 for 2 different rigs.. they are for folding i bought these ones http://eu.msi.com/product.ga/N430GT-MD1GD3-OC.html they say i can do overvolt on mem and core in afterburner but it wont let me i can on my gtx 280 but not the 430s i have not tried the afterburner on disc as i thought the beta 15 would still ahve it.. any help would be great

You have to go into settings and enable voltage control.

it is as i thought i stated by saying my 280 will. i have all 3 check unlock monitor and constat
