11.5 beta is out and it does not work in windows 7 nor windows 8
there has been 2- 11.5 beta drivers so far

Sure they do. Not a fan of either but they work just fine in W7 or W8.

So  trim works in Raid with 11.5 now?? I remember a post by Anvil and others stating it does not work

11.5.0.1171 beta does not look to bring TRIM to raid yet.
I've tested on W8 which was where one thought it would start working, there is still something missing.
(tested on a P8P67 (rev1), orom 10.5.0.1034, it might require an updated orom, so, if there is an updated bios with 11.5... OROM I'll give it a try)

Trim does not yet work with either of these drivers. If you have any kind of newer ssd then trim is way overrated anyway bud.

What is your plan for graphic??? My plan is to force PIN to import GTX580 Classified from EVGA Europe for me, or I go on marketplace and ask people who want to help me. First I send money than someone to send me 580 Classy IN GOOD CONDITION.
No money for GTX680 Classified. But first board, today again I'm drowning distributor, WHEN??? WHEN??? WHEN???
Dead Line is 18th July. On 18th July I personally order EVGA Z77 FTW over Newegg and pay 100e extra over price to import for me.
It's easy for you. You have everything on one click.
I can only imagine my comp with this options and fight to buy every single part.

I go for motherboard tomorrow. But for CPU for two or three days.
because I still thinking 2700k or 3770k. Every day I look on google Ivy Bridge Revision or something...
EVGA exclusive distributor for Serbia is excellent they gave me huge discount for Z77 FTW.
Almost like I buy in USA without all tax, duty, shipping.
I did not even ask for it but I will remember that.

Update: Finally EVGA Z77 FTW + 3770k are at my home.
Today and tomorrow I try to find some good camera to make some pictures.
My sister is on summer vacation with kids and camera is with them.
Now only this bad resolution picture with my Web Cam.

                http://imageshack.us/phot...es/805/picture15e.jpg/

I am so happy now and for few days I will connect everything.
But before that I want to make pictures because I promissed guys In Serbia
close lock on EVGA Z77 FTW.  Some people are interested for EVGA HW.

Now little breather and than I must buy some good EVGA graphics, 580 Classified.

Yes, this is very normal. Keep it on. You don't want to pull that off. It keeps pads your mb from your backplate. Some backplates use double sided tape, others plastic.

Just installed my cpu wb onto the motherboard, there is a thin piece of plastic on the cpu back plate which remained. Is this normal? As this plastic is very hard to peel off.

Yes, this is very normal. Keep it on. You don't want to pull that off. It keeps pads your mb from your backplate. Some backplates use double sided tape, others plastic.

awesome as i have left it on.

Now look at what you've made me do with the 13th birthday promo. With the 10% tax off it just brought the board to a price I would be willing to buy and bought it :D. I was aiming to do it later this year and now I've just spent my money :S. And after receiving it I have to spend an extra 200€ for a CPU to use with the board.

I just hope I like the board, it's been some time since I've been completely happy with a motherboard and I've bought some expensive ones to minimize that problem.
Had the same "issue" with the computer case but luckily I've already  "fixed" that one.

                                          What you plan to buy???
i5-3570k or 3770k for new motherboard.
i5 is enough for this and next 2 years but if you plan to stay with Z77 more than two years maybe i7-3770k worth invesment.
I spend all money on PC too, and for me 500$ is like 1500$ for someone else in West Europe or USA because situation in country.
With around 550e in pocket and X4+CH4F I thought what to do.
Stay with everything and buy GTX680, HD7970???What???
X4 is not so powerfull than I decide FX failed, I am not fell in to the trap and I will go on Intel and than NVIDIA, what is best Intel/NVIDIA platform-EVGA. I spend money on i7-3770k +Z77 FTW, sell X4 and 965 BE and with that money I will buy Force GT and H100, than I am with newest Intel platform for long time, new SATA III SSD, best CPU Cooler from one part and I can buy soon some good graphic card. I can play with 5870 most of games but I want some new Classified EVGA soon.
Other options I will stay on X4 with SATA II SSD, old cpu cooler, old platform, only new graphic card very possibile deep in bottleneck.
Now I have CPU for this new graphic and next, with AMD over with one year, can't sell, can't play, stuck. Intel is better.
Yes I want everything tomorrow but situation with money is not excelent and hard for me is to find good things than easy, one by one.
I wait sometimes 40 days some thing when I decide to buy and separate money for that. I can't go on newegg and click four times and wait like other.

Intel worth investment for little longer, I haven't money to buy every two years and I use PC mainly for games.
I hope you will be satisfed.

I intend to go with the 3570k, it costs 216.5€, the 3770k goes up to 315.9€, an extra 100€ for minimal gains in terms of daily usage and from what I saw more heat? I don't think so.

I usually go for a two year refresh to avoid spending a lot of money at once like this time. I bought my current motherboard one year ago hoping that something at least ok would come out from bulldozer, instead I "wasted" some money on a motherboard that not even it's cpu voltage regulator works as it should (it fluctuates more than the markets).

I'm a bit like you were, my X4 965 BE is almost three years old and it wasn't really killing the gameplay, but I know it is bottlenecking my HD5870. So with nothing good from AMD side for the first time I'm buying an Intel CPU because that is the best option really.

                                            This is my current satisfation:
                                            Your order has shipped. :D

                                            No tracking number?

Not much I have about 5% better score than with X4 on 4.0GHz.
But for everything stronger than 5870 I think bottleneck is more pronounced.
I avoid problems with AM3+... Uhhhh. Good. That would be downgrade, complete for almost SB price. When they first delay June-October I know what happens.

Than if you go on two years with new upgrade maybe better i5.
i7-3770k is 280e at my home, only 15e more than 2700k.
I stay with one CPU in mean time change two graphics.
Because of that I choose 3700k.

Where are the two internal USB 3.0 headers located? I see one of them in the lower right corner, but where's the second one?

OK, finaly call me today my H100 is arrived.
                                                    But Force GT next week.

                                                    Over weekend H100 installation.
For me is priority to find lowest voltages for 4.0GHz and to set all settings best for 4.0GHz every day.
Voltages, PLL,...and other settings. 4.0GHz for all cores.

I try on 4.2GHz, stock voltage but Manual 1.15, Disable VDrop,
                                                      HT ON, Turbo ON.
Only I forgot to enable Internal PLL Voltage that option stay on disable.

I will try more today or tomorrow,
now I am in hurry going to talk for job. I must buy NEX Classified 1500W for few months and than Seasonic cables will burn in live show on youtube. Two years I fight with their cables.
PSU is perfect, fan is perfect,  cables are shame, better naked wire paint in black without their "sleeve"
I'm sick of their cables 10 years sleeve and nobody want to make normal cables only EVGA listen customers.
