As you can see, it's just a touch shorter than the GTX 580.
Okay, here they are installed in the Torture Rack with the X79 FTW.
Note the side by side 6-pin PEG connectors. One is actually situated upside down so you have to twist your power cable a bit. That approach is interesting and definitely new.
Finally, here's an updated pic of the rig with the backplates on, yes, there's about 2*C drop for me which is nice, but of course I use them mainly for looks. They're sleek and look great on these cards.
