Jacob did say that there would be some kind of promotion coming up shortly for early adopters of the new 680's for the backplates, lets hope its for the high airflow bracket as well.

I'm going to wait to see what the coming soon 680s look like before buying one. I probably wont be waiting for the dual gk104 or the gk110 or gk112 or whatever the next higher card is going to be. thr 680 is already an improvement over my 560 ti and $500 is pretty much the most ill spend on a 600 series

Right now its free to the first 200 people who request one! And our warranty is changing April 2nd, the warranty will cover the product not the person... More details in April.

Just ordered the 680 from EVGA direct. With shipping, it's cheaper than a Canadian vendor, as EVGA doesn't charge the dreaded HST.

Looked at the 680 backplate. WHAT? $19.95 for the backplate and +$40 to ship to Canada? I DON'T THINK SO!

OK, EVGA, how about a USPS shipping option to Canada for the backplate and HiFlo bracket (because I KNOW I won't be one of the first 200 to register for a free one!)

Tried to order one but was having issues when trying to check out, it was not showing address and card info. Anyone else experiencing problems?

UPDATE* OK I got it ordered but when I clicked on the final step, the page went back to the front page of EVGA. Not sure if the order went through or not now. Will have to wait and see if it updates shortly here. I did see there were other issues in someother posts due to the high site activity.

Question... Does this backplate still work with you YTBR waterblock? I plan to water cool my 680's and would like to not waste $$ buying these if I cannot use both... Thank you!

I seem to recall Jacob saying they work with the HC block. Plus if you look at the GTX 680 HC pics it's shows the backplate installed on it.

I will no longer do business with EVGA.

Just requested my brackets for the two 680s I bought on Thursday, so I guess I made it in the first 200!

Also already bought the backplates as well, so hopefully both things will be here soon.
