Increasing SSD Read/Write Speeds?

I have installed my OCZ Vertex 2 60GB and everything works, but since this SSD can read 285 /MBs and Write 275/MBs, I have it running on ACHI, and have all of those little fixes I can find to make your ssd faster ( superfetch, hybernation, indexing, all the stuff,)
My max read is 230 MB/s and max write is 48 /MBs any guesses how to increase write speeds?
