Project "Crysis" Case Mod Monday, May 30, 2011 6:36 AM (permalink)
This is my latest mod it called Project "Crysis",

PC Component :
CASE: Cooler Master Cosmos S
CPU: Intel® C2D E8400
MOTHERBOARD: EVGA 780i SLI
MEMORY: OCZ 2x2 Gold
HARD DISK: Western Digital Caviar Black 640GB
VIDEO CARD: EVGA GTS 450 SC x2
POWER SUPPLY: Cougar CM 700w
COOLING: Bitfenix Spectre Led Fan orange x5
Aerocool V12XT Fan Controller
OCZ XTC 2 memory cooler

The mean use for this system is folding (F@H Project) 24/7 , So I need a good airflow in the case, cause of that I choose the monster Cosmos S. I wish to got Cooler Master V6GT.

Lets stop talking and forward to work

taking of all parts

Black interior

              Looks good.
If it was Crsysis, and not Crysis 2 I would jump on it. Crysis 2 though...

Hmmm this is very neatly done However! I would of done the side window of clear or darkened Plexi Glass, so you also see some of the clean enlightened build from the inside as well:

What I miss is that clean job done from the inside, you have put so much contrast in there, the clean layout, the sleeving, the orange CCFL lighting you name it, it's like a picture to me.

And to view that through a window from the outside, this will give this build a more complete look from it's self.

The so called "black chicken wire" which I call it, this blocks the view of the insides of the case and it's also a bit of too much of the Crysis2 art being showed, so I reckon if you change so called "black chicken wire" to a clear or clear blackened Plexi Glass side window, this would bring the insides of this wonderful casemod a greater impression, but this is of course my opinion of it, please do not see this as a rant or so, this is just my personal look at a probably different result on how I would of done it

This way you will give this build a more complete look from the outside and the inside likewise

So you will also enjoy them orange CCFL's aswell, since you did place them there for a reason also showing the other modders your clean neat build from the inside via a window from the outside
