Digital Camera - Friday, November 06, 2009 8:15 PM ( #1 )

You cant go wrong with nikons.  Their D-SLR's take amazing shots and their point-and-shoots are indestructable.

Sony makes very nice point and shoots IMO, but they can be VERY pricey.

For a cheap point and shoot nothing beats a Fujifilm camera imo.  I picked up a 6.3 megapixel Fujifilm FinePix A600 camera at superstore for $33.  It takes 2 AA batteris and uses a 1GB XD card.  The picture quality and color reproduction is amazing.  Sometimes I can't tell if I took a picture with the Fuji or with my $750 Canon Rebel Xsi.

I'm hinting to Santa for this one. I still have an original Oly 720SW that works flawlessly, but I want to step up. It is so cool seeing people freak out when you take it in the pool and go underwater.

I believe Canon and Nikon are the best of the best.

If I were you, I'd buy this.  Read the customer reviews on Amazon.  It is "EXACTLY" what you need

Here is the Canon website link for it:
http://www.usa.canon.com/...=144&modelid=19211

Here is the Amazon link.  Read the reviews especially the one that lists 6 points.  That will make your mind up
http://www.amazon.com/Can...=1257638614&sr=8-1

You can get it for $199.99 on Amazon.  Black Friday is around the corner as had already been stated, and I bet you could walk away with this for around $150!!!

GOOD LUCK!

If you don't agree with what I say, please respond in a civil way
