Anyone who has not checked it out should , especially since Nvidia has seeded over 160 titles apparently to be made with 3d vision in mind . What that means is instead of just driver emulated 3d stereoscopic games , games like Re5 and Batman which produced absolutely thrilling 3d are goign to be more prominent in games. Nvidia is planning on keeping 3d around and they arent just goign to dump it as they have said so in a post on the NVIDIA forums ( id link it but its down as its currently merging with slizone forums) I game a little bit but after 3d vision i can say it really does transform your gaming experience

I hope they dont dump it lol, crap was expensive. The games that are made with it in mind are sooo much better cuz the things like HUD's and crosshairs are at the correct depth.

i doubt theyll dump it any time soon as they have apparently "seeded" many developers with the tools needed , and they are doing so by nvidias TWIMTBP program , which is very extensive and productive should be interesting to see dx11 3d titles , hopefully all made with 3dvision in mind ;]

The whole concept of "3d support" is misleading, anyway, as it seems to imply that they have to do something to make games work with 3d. They don't. It's embedded right in the drivers, and any 3d game or application will render in true stereo 3d with the 3d Vision glasses/emitter. Even if they decided not to "push" the technology any more (which is very unlikely), the technology would continue to work indefinitely with current and future titles as long as your hardware was functional. EZLNH8U I HAVE A SAMSUNG 120 HZ 23" LCD MONITOR, BUT THE GLASSES ARE JUST TO EXPENSIVE. There is no such thing as a Samsung 120Hz 23" LCD monitor that will work with 3d Vision. The only true 120Hz LCD monitors on the market are the Samsung 2233RZ and the Viewsonic VX2265wm. Other LCD monitors that claim to be 120Hz (or more) are actually 60Hz monitors that emulate & interpolate additional frames to produce a theoretically smoother output image (sort of the visual equivalent of what the X-Fi does for audio). Such monitors unfortunately will NOT work with 3d Vision. 3d Vision requires a monitor that can actually process 120Hz input and output.

Yeah I agree. Im waiting on better graphics cards cough* the fermi cards. And bigger resolutions for monitors. Waiting on a 24 1920x1080 resolution to come out. Then I'd get the 3d vision with no problems. That'll be great gaming.
