hey guys just wondering if the motorola xoom http://www.newegg.com/Pro...x?Item=N82E16834209002 is any good looking at getting it so someone..... stops using my computer to sit and stare at fb =S lol also by any chance does anyone know if it has enough power to play farmville on fb shes in love with that game. Reason im wanting a tablet i heard there pretty cool "never used one before" and i really don't wanna dish out the money for a laptop if i can get this for 300$
 
any help would be great thx!

        Its good, but its old. I would highly recommend the Nexus 7.

            The Xoom was nice (except for the lag with typing anything on the virtual keyboard with nothing installed yet, but at least try for something with Tegra 3??
             
            Or hold your breath and wait for MS Surface, due out in less than 2 months!!

                Nexus 7 is 3" smaller than the one the OP is looking at... Figured i'd stick to the same type of tablet... Yes, the Nexus 7 is and will be the best deal for a tablet, for a while.

                  ya ive looked at both still not sure which to get the nexus 7 is smaller but i could get it brand new with a warranty cheaper and from what it look the nexus 7 would be faster???

                      From what i've read, it looks like MS Surface will have a 200 dollar 7" tablet as well. I'm not really sure on the hardware though... If you are interested in that, it's rumored to be out October 26th.
                       
                      As for that Nexus 7, yes it's faster than the XOOM and Transformer. It just has a smaller screen.
