So I was just wondering who here on the forums plays TF2 I'm new btw, so I wouldn't know but who here does? Its my favourite game.

I played a lot of TF2 but stopped playing it seriously about two weeks ago. Still a fun game!

I play TF2!!! The servers are a bit of a challenge to get going now but maybe if we can get more people to play it will make it easier!

It threw off the balance of the game too much because thier is players that don't have them unlocked vs players that do which makes it completely unfair.

I haven't played much since it went F2P. TRY to enjoy it every once in a while, but it never works out.

I play every now and then at this point. Usually it's when I have nothing else to play and I have nearly 1k hours logged in that game so far.

Oh well I was wondering if anyone in the game had something called a bills hat after beating L4D at my friends and I saw tf2 had it as an item I would really love it I had 1k logged into tf2 and i cant beilive I didnt c this, well if anyone has a bills they would wanna trade for around 100 weps please add me:

I am hooked!  I am always laughing with the taunts and characters on the servers i play, besides me spending money on the keys to open the crates I get. TF2 and Skyrim are the games i am playing now. TF2 is taking the lead over Skyrim due to the trading hats and weapons i want to get.
As far as weapons.....not really

I'm still playing but I don't play on any EVGA server. No one is on those servers when I play. I don't play until 1-2 AM CST, and the only server that has any people playing is SourceOP 2fort instant respawn.

I stopped playin alot bout a year ago. Our servers mainly only get going on the weekends now anyway, [iO] clan servers.

I meant "I would" give you Bill's hat if I hadnt already traded it.

I used to play. Since it became Hat Simulator 2, I haven't played any.

Yeah, I don't think any of the "new" weapons are 'upgrades' at all.  Different, sure, and they offer some of the classes a few more options in how to play them (the sniper and engineer, particularly, get some significant new options in how you can approach them).
 
But even over the weekend, many of the weapons I see used are still the old standards.  Granted, often times the "strange" variant (identical performance, but the weapon counts the number of kills it makes and the name changes over time to reflect the number of kills), but still the standard weapons.
 
And in any case, the most useful new weapons (the ones that offer variation in play style) you get via free unlocks, anyway.  Every 7 class achievements or so unlocks a class-specific new weapon/tool.

Nope not kidding.

You need to spend more than a couple of minutes in the game before deciding whether it's balanced or not. The "upgraded" weapons you're talking about are almost worthless for the most part. They're added for more fun and to change up the game a little.

+1 If anything, the stock weapons are sometimes better

Yeah, I stopped then as well. I have yet to play a F2P game of TF2. 

Its a fun game and I play it sometimes. That is also the only and last game I have ever spent money on for in game items...that dark milk...I ended up getting one as a random drop later that night...i want my money back valve or a kiss on the cheek before nighty night!

Well I'm still selling pretty much evrything I have for my Bills.

I still play a lot- egc-cord tag. The new co-op robot games are fun IF you can find a group that knows how to raid and how to find the F4 key :-)
