Get a PayPal Debit Card. It works just like a credit card, can be used at the EVGA store and you get 1% back on credit card type purchases.

Why would you want to go straight through PayPal when you can get 1% of your money back with the card?

Paypal is not one of the form of payments that Evga accepts at this time. Maybe in the future, but not right now. If your still not satisfied with this answer, then I can only suggest you call them during normal business hours. Thanks!

your paypal links to a account used to verify it ....direct the funds to that source then use the source .I know i can transfer money from my paypal account to my bank account or any of the credit cards on file as backups. Money in paypal is only stuck in paypal if you choose it to be,getting another backup source added to your paypal account takes seconds and money transfers take little to no time at all.

Accepting paypal can cause huge issues. You wouldn't be able to send the money anyways, 99% of places require a paypal with a CC or bank account.

Why did you put the money on paypal if you didn't know if they accepted it or not?

EVGA doesn't accept Paypal due to the liability it poses to them as a business, this is their stance on it, regardless of what is easiest or fastest for customers, it is safer for them as a business, and as such, they make the rules as to what they accept.

Unless you posses a means of payment that EVGA accepts, you will be unable to complete the Stepup process. Depending on where you are you should be able to have a personal bank account made in 30 minutes tops. I would explore that option, and if that isn't possible, then don't Stepup.

PayPal is no guarantee either, I bought something from a shop and the item was paid for through PayPal.  The store took the money but never shipped, I put in an incident report with PayPal and won, but the store closed and had no money for a refund so i was out the amount of the transaction.
