I was wondering why i cant purchase the EAR for my product if im still within the 30 days?
I cant seem to find the option anywhere.

    Login to your account and put your mouse over the "member home" tab. Once the drop down menu appears select "my products". Once you see your product listed there select "view details". In the view details screen you should see a button that says "purchase advanced RMA". Hope this helps. If you dont see it there then give us a call at 888-881-3842 so that we can look into it for you.
