Youtube lag? My hardware or YouTube is to blame?

I think I have decent networking gear and internet speed, But youtube is driving me crazy! Is anybody else having trouble watching HD videos or even SD quality somtimes? I"m currently running a motorola SB6120 paired with an Asus RT-N66U Router. My Signal levels  My internet speed.fast enough?

Dine troubles with it? Lots of buffering time? If so I've notified that it has been getting worse but HD versions still are quicker to buffer than the SD versions

What are your current browser(S). Firefox ver 13 is ultra fast. Google Chrome is just as fast and Google owns YouTube. Latest IE9 helps so much on YouTube as well.

I use the latest version of chrome in which I find youtube to be bettter than firefox.
