ok I tried to submit a rma, but it tells me to use guest rma
so I used it, but when I pick the card to rma it tells me this

The serial number you entered, may be invalid or out of warranty already. Please contact customer service.
I attached a pic to show you what I'm getting, any tips or help

You are going to want to contact EVGA directly. The forums are not a good method to contact EVGA support.
