I don't know that bios very well to be able to assist you, but I wanted to drop in a line and say that it is rather silly to have that CPU and not overclock it.  You don't have to go wild, but at least increase the multiplier at least by 2 or 3 as that is what the CPU is designed to do.

Also, you might want to post the specifics of your memory (brand and model) as well as some would be curious to know what PSU you have for stability concerns.

You should read through an OC'ing guide like this 1st so you become familiar with the terms in the bios and what different things mean.  It would help you much more getting a basic understanding of OC'ing 1st before others here try to help you.  Follow this link and read through it all, then post back for some help.

I am not sure exactley what he was asking, But a 160 host freq works well wit 1600 speed memory using a 2:10, with a small bump in Vtt for the 12G in memory and a minamal bump in Vcore.

If you want the best BIOs setup leave everything at default except for the memory settings. Input the memory settings as recommended by the memory manufacturer and the voltage.

Forum member kmoore4318 (see post 7) is probably the most knowledgeable person. What type of overclock would you like to obtain?
