First things first.... Welcome to the forums!!!!!!!

Now down to the nitty gritty.  It sounds to me like you have an issue with the SLI ribbon cable or potentially one of the cards.  Here is what I would recommend (easiest/makes most sense to hardest/least likely):
    1. With the system off, remove the SLI bridge cable. Start back up and make sure SLI is still enabled.  Test your game again and see if the issue continues.  (Note, you will likely get worse FPS because of the lack of the SLI bridge, but it will rule out the bridge.)
    2. Remove your secondary card from the system all together and test with just the primary card in the system.
    3. Remove your primary card from the system and place the secondary card in the primary slot and test your system.

These steps should point in a direction that can help diagnose the issue.  Post back with your results and I will be glad to help you interpret them.

Have you tried inverting the SLI bridge 180 ? I also have an EVGA SLI duo and an Asus mobo . This has happened to me and the solution was simple . Just take the SLI bridge out (machine off and power disconnected) and spin 180 degrees and reconnect . Make sure both cards have the appropriate power connector from the power supply . You possibly could have forgotten to connect power to the bottom card also . Post if problem persists or if solved . good luck .

It may say SLI disabled, but can you reenable it?

Can you describe the flicker in a little more detail?  Is it more of a screen tearing?

Have you solved the problem yet ? Make sure you're using the two top PCIe slots for that setup (780i sli) . If all the above hasn't solved the issue , try uninstalling the Nvidia drivers , run Driver Sweeper in safe mode if you can http://downloads.guru3d.com/Guru3D---Driver-Sweeper-(Setup)_d1655.html , then re-install Nvidia drivers http://www.nvidia.com/Download/index.aspx?lang=en-us. Don't use Microsoft update drivers on there . Just throwing off my head thoughts here . Good luck .

                            NO!!!!!

On this motherboard, 2 way SLI is the slot closest to CPU and the slot fatherst away. Not the top 2 slots.

This is a classic NVIDIA motherboard design for the 680i, 780i and 790i chipsets.

You're absolutely right ! My bad . Top slot and bottom slot is used in this board for SLI using the center only for 3 way SLI . Had a few boards like that and had my mind on another board . I had the same issue a couple of times and resolved it by moving by inverting the SLI bridge and by wiping the drivers and re-installing .

I had horrible flickering on my Tri-SLI 9800GTX+ rig, and I actually adjusted the SLI bridge while running Unigine Heaven until the flickering stopped. I just pulled very slightly on the SLI bridge (loosening it) until the flickering stopped. I saw this recommended by someone else on here, I think.

You would just need to be extremely careful about static and so on while touching the SLI bridge.

Someone please correct me if this is a horrible idea, but it worked for me.

Could also be a bad sli bridge itself too! Try using a different one, and see if that fixes it.

Hello people!!! I recently overclocked my 780i and was hoping to get some input if possible. I'd appreciate it a great deal. I have a 780i sli 1333/333mhz with  a Q9650(3.0Ghz stock/OC=3.6ghz), 2x2gb corsair dominator 1066/533mhz ddr2 @ 5-5-5-15 2T 2.1v(stock=Unlinked 8:5 ratio/OC=800mhz 5-4-4-12 2T Linked Synced 1:1 1600/400 fsb), 2 xfx geforce 9600 gso 768mb. Stock settings are VID for my Q9650 is 1.25v but runs about 1.18 - 2.0 with vdroop, fsb = 1.1v, ssp=1.3v mcp=1.5v, mem 2.1v, HT=1.2v, gtl ref's all on auto and lane 1 = +65mv.  Overclocked Vcore=Bios(1.325v)/Actual=1.320v, fsb = Bios(1.3v)/Actual=1.280v, ssp=1.4v, mcp=1.525v, HT=1.250v, mem=2.1v and I dont know how to set my gtl's even on the overclock they are still on auto with lane 1 = +65mv, the rest say nothing. How do I go about this, and Do you guys think this is a decent overclock, I dont do much gaming or anything so I just did it for fun. How about setting up the gtl's with these OC settings, and should I maybe Unlink/sync and go for a 4:3 ratio and put my mem back to 1066mhz/533?? Thanks Guys!!!
