Wondering what wait times are for GTX 680

Hi all just wondering how long I am going to be waiting here for my queue to come in I am 617 in line I WAS 900 something a few months ago. I would really love a 680 now. I can wait though its fine but how long is too long? I currently have a 3gb GTX 580. Should I wait or should I try selling the thing?. Thanks :D

If you wait you are guaranteed a card as long as you pay for the Step-Up when it comes time. Unfortunately there is not a direct ETA on when the Que will go through to 0 because it is dependent on many factors. You do have a 3GB 580 which is still a really good performer in all games out right now. Ultimately it is up to you if you would like to try and sell the card for as much money as you paid if someone is willing to buy it for that, or you can wait for the Step-Up to go through.

Hey Bryan. I'm at 368 and I'll be patient waiting for my step up. Can you explain why there is way too few 680's coming available since launch that was I believe several months ago. Is it a lack of X, Y or Z? Thanks

Retail sales make more money.Sad but true .Promised products to vendors also figure in .Look around 680's are everywhere ,once the demand slows and vendors have "good enough" supplies things tend to move fast .And you moved almost 300 spots in under 20 hours? Wow .
