Anyone Found a Fix for the Logitech G510 Bios Issue Saturday, June 23, 2012 8:49 PM (permalink)
OK, so I read another post where other users cannot use their Logitech G510 or G15 in Bios. I know I can't. I had to use my wife's keyboard. So what's the deal, and has anyone figured out how to fix it?

Edit: For those that don't know, some people that have G15's and G510's can't use them in the BIOS. There is power to the keyboard, but it is just not responsive no matter what USB port it is in. Tried all USB ports, and all have the same result.

email/PM JacobF about it and mention you are not the only one as others are experiencing similar trouble with Logitech G keyboards. it seems like a BIOS issue and can be probably fixed only by a BIOS update ...

G510 is my only keyboard in house.
I hope everything will be OK.
But I am ready to sell and buy Steelseries 6gV2.
If I sell G510 only will pay 10-15e extra for 6gV2 but problem is because I love G510 and little monitor where I see CPU-GPU usage and temps during gaming.

Are there any reports from people with G15's? If so, are they using gen1 (blue) or gen2 (orange) versions?

Maybe try with USB to PS/2 adapter only for BIOS.
What you think??? And where is problem I can't understand.
I will know everything for 2-3 days. Now easy remove fans and other things from comp.
Must register motherboard tonight some sleeve than build, but know I afraid.
                    Steelseries work good???

I used my G510 on my P55 FTW and Z68 SLI with no trouble. It is def. a Z77 FTW issue.

email/PM JacobF about it and mention you are not the only one as others are experiencing similar trouble with Logitech G keyboards. it seems like a BIOS issue and can be probably fixed only by a BIOS update ...

Sent a message, still havent heard back. BTW, I am returning this board to Amazon, and just going through with the step up. At least I can somewhat use the board until I get my new one....

I cannot verify G15 reports, but can with the G510. EVGA, can we get affirmation of the issue?

                            People on work resolve that.
Best keyboards and best motherboards must work together perfectly.

Now I look better with two keyboard in fron of me.
PS2 BIOS Keyboard and Windows Keyboard.
                            That is their plan.
