Hey Guys,

This little project is a little of what I've been working on the past month or so when I've got free time.  Rob and Shane are gonna help us spread the word to all folders associated with EVGA so a big thanks to them and EVGA for coming through to help us out! 
 
What I'm looking for is any way we can improve the site or stats, make things better, more inviting and easier to get people motivated to fold.  I've got ideas for a number of additional stats we can start tracking (such as daily averages, over take rates, ect - possibly individual stats of people that sign up...anything that might be helpful) - but certainly want any input you guys might have!

Good idea, I'm in...   It seems that this team outputs at it's most when there is a competition to be had; and I think that to this point some have missed that we're in a 'cold war' with [H] so this will certainly bring it to the forefront.  :)
 
Maybe we should do monthly games and drawings of random items as well, I have plenty of random hardware that I'd gladly donate if we can keep [H] at bay...

Signed up Troy...like the site, the message and the charts.  I have this one bookmarked as well.  I wouldn't have noticed anything about this had I not decided to take a peek at the Folding Contests forum today.  I take it from your opening message that the EVGA folks are going to help us get this message into the mainstream and the sooner the better IMO.  I watch these same stats in my own charts every day.  While we are currently delaying [H]'s progress, they are still marching toward an overtake and we certainly need to "step it up" by 7-10 Million a day.  Let's do this and I'm 1000% with ya.  Thanks for what you are doing for the Team! 

I am in but there is no way possible that I can go everyday because of weather and cost of power. But I can almost say that I will always get above 400k for the month. I hate to admit but i fold for the bucks during the summer, but I always try to go over the min.

   • Each month you reach this target between June 2012 and December 2012 you will be given an entry into the drawing (each person is eligible to receive up to 7 entries).

I don't pay bills here so I use as little power as I can. Hope to hell I get a job soon....ready to give it all up honestly.  Either way, I think i'll keep myself out of the prize pool :) What I have I love and don't need more of :P

The idea is not for everyone to go all out - that is unsustainable and we're in this for the long haul!  The way we're going to hold of [H] is if everyone folds a little more (if they are able), we bring in new folders, and we re-activate our retired/inactive folders.

Hopefully, after EVGA "gets the word out" we will all get an opportunity to help a bunch of newbies get started in Folding.  I'm hoping for a bunch of new Folding mates that we can help enjoy this effort as much as we do.

I hope to upgrade this year and increase my cpu power but til then I give all I can ;)

I fold on a pair of laptops 24/7 and on my 3930k/GTX580 as much as I can.

I'll put in as many points as I can...

Just setup my clients again. Can only fold at night and while I'm at work. Still points though. Wish I still had a dedicated rig ><

I'm think we post the "EVGA Points Lead" on the front page, to keep a clear focus.

Got my name thrown in, hoping to have some time to make sure my stats system is ready for a long haul set of data collection.  Will do my best to ensure a minimum of downtime on the stats, but 6 months is a LONG time to have 100% uptime. *knocks on wood*

New I7 2600k 2 days out on UPS.will have it up and folding by this weekend.Only be running stock clocks tell I get a cooler for it.I just have to have a 24/7 folder.Now I will not feel bad when I play games on my main comp.

I will be joining this, but if you look at my stats they have been flat for this past month.
 
In the process of rebuilding my folding rig, had to split it up and rebuild.  In process of adding a hexacore and a GTX 260, but work is killing me and have not had any time to complete it...
 
I hope to get it completed and running this coming long weekend.
 
I don't know what my stats will be as I was folding on a i7 920 @ 3.6, and not sure how well this hexacore will overclock.

Would people be interested in having their individual stats tracked?

I think it would be cool if the Evga points lead graph had [H]'s points. So that way we can see were they got close to where they took the lead but could not. :)  Or it will show the intersect when they over come us if that ever comes.

If we don't get our Team production up, that crossover point between [H] and EVGA could be coming months before our target/prize-date.  We're back down again and our short-term trend is on a pretty visible decline.  The thing holding back that crossover is that [H] is also in a decline from where thy had been, but they are still out-producing us every day.  Summer must be taking its annual Folding toll on all of us...
 
For the individual stats question (via Troy), my only concern would be that it not demotivate people that have smaller numbers and Folding capabilities.  If we want the focus to be on "Team" effort, then individual stats might shift things in another direction.  It is easy enough for any of us to maintain our own stats which I have done from the beginning.  But if the overall team wants individual stats, then I'm OK with it too.
