PrimeGrid is pretty good about not having cpu tasks that aren't able to be completed on time by older computers. I have a dell laptop I bought in 2005 that can crunch PrimeGrid if I had a cooling fan for it, it can finish all of the tasks it's gotten on time. It takes considerably longer to run than my other two laptops, but with only one core, I tend to not do PrimeGrid on it and have it crunch one unit for days with it's heat issues....

you were right i let it run for about 2-3 hours and it brought the time down from 400+ to about 30 hours and probably finished overall in less than 20
