P55 SLI Ethernet Issue

Hey everyone hoping you can help. I'm having an issue with a p55 build i did for my workplace. As far as i can tell no changes have been made to the network or the set up. The issue is that after every reboot the computer will be hooked up to the network (file share and printer connections all work fine) but it won't be connected to the internet. The fix so far has been to disable the card and re enable it and it work flawlessly until the next boot up. The issue does not happen with any other computers on the network (about 8 or so). Any help or tips would be greatoly appreciated! Thank you

I have had this happen via an E758 x58 board from EVGA. I ended up making a new CAT-6 cable for the board which helped a bit but was not a perfect solution. I would suggest making a new cable and connecting via another switch port and see if this resolves your issue. This could be the nature of the onboard NIC as well. In some cases, the NIC controller included with these boards can be problematic. If you cannot find a work around, you might look at grabbing an Intel PCI-E NIC on Newegg. Some of the available cards are priced fairly low.
