Friday, May 11, 2012 9:28 AM (permalink) I just picked up my third EVGA GTX580 3GB from eBay for $369 including sipping. VERY happy now as it is a much bigger performance bump than I was expecting. $30 dollars more you could have had a 670 that smokes a 580?

I'm running 6424x1152 surround so that option would have meant selling my 2x 580's and picking up 3x 670 4GB's at $470ea. plus three new waterblocks. Believe me I weighed all my options and costs. im gonna wait about 6 months to a year before i pick up a 580 3gb for my 2nd machine. should be around $200 ish by then. imagine having a 580 3gb card as a backup

Those cards are wonderful.
