What drivers have you ran? I have gotten a few BSOD plus artifacting with the 301 beta drivers with the 560 I used to have.

I Rma'd 2 times, i had switched motherboard and PSU too, So i dont think  its a hardware issue.

Have you reinstalled Windows, while going thru all that?

Please post your -exact- mouse Make/Model/Firmware (if any) and mouse driver version.

Also check that the "Mouse"  options panel in the Windows Control panel is at -defaults- (as shown below)

*Your settings should match -exactly- what is shown above, with nothing else checked, chosen or enabled and sliders at the positions shown.

Since the mouse pointer is a "overlay", for troubleshooting make sure that -any- OSD/Overlays are turned off or disabled when on the desktop while testing. No Fraps,Precision, Widgets or windows desktop addons like Rainmeter or windows blinds.....

Ya, i reinstalled windows 7  several times. I know how to "resolve" this issue, Just  turn off pointer shadows and point scheme to "none". This issue only happens  when  aero pointer scheme is on and pointer's shadow is on.

Degraded HDD would be my guess.

                              Hello. i've same problem.
I tested all hardware , I tried to use two separate displays. My primary display BenQ XL2410T. I came to the conclusion that the problem lies in the peripherals. After the connection to the computer is damaged computer components, and the problem can be transferred to another monitor.

I would download EVGA precision and bump up the voltage a notch or two.

I was looking for a problem similar to me on the internet and came across this forum. At the moment I'm using a video card Asus GTX TITAN. Before were Asus DirectCUII GTX 580 SLI. Tried old card GT9600. All the time there is a problem, regardless of the driver or hardware.

I'll describe my situation and actions in more detail so that you can draw conclusions about the trouble. The problem came about six months - a year ago, then-my configuration:
                                    Computer:
                                    Processor - Intel "Core i7-2600"
                                    Motherboard - P8P67 DELUXE
                                    Memory - Kingston "Hyper X" KHX1600C9D3X2K2/4GX 4 to 2 GB
Graphics Card - Asus 580GTX DirectCUII 2 way SLI
                                    Hard drive - WD 650 GB x2
                                    Power supply - EPSILON 80plus 1010
                                    Peripherals:
                                    Monitor - XL2410T 3D Vision Support
Mouse - Razer DeathAdder 3500 DPI
                                    Keyboard - Razer Lycosa
                                    Headset - Razer Magalodon

Operating system to use Windows 7 64 bit. The problem occurred during the emergence of about video driver NVidia 28x.xxx. He was previously 18x.xxx. (Do not remember) Once I discovered the problem with the cursor, I put the driver 18x.xxx, but the problem has not been solved. After that, I tried a different video card, gt9600, the same problem was not solved. I experimented
and found what the settings should be disabled and how the cursor to select the scheme that the problem is not an eyesore. Two weeks ago, my younger brother, computer broke down, and I decided to figure out what my problem, replace the item, give my old PC to brother, and myself to assemble a new, even though he knew that this was not the appropriateness - my computer is powerful enough and now .

I decided to replace the system unit completely, resulting in purchased:
                                    Computer:
                                    Processor - Intel "Core i7-3770K"
                                    Motherboard - P8Z77 WS
                                    Memory - Kingston HyperX Beast (T3) - 32GB Kit * (4x8GB) - DDR3 1600MHz CL9 Intel XMP DIMM KHX16C9T3K4/32X
Graphics Card - Asus GTX Titan
                                    Hard drive - 2x = Seagate 1 Tb + 500 Gb HDD
                                    Power supply - Corsair HX1050

And a new way Windows 7 64 bit (bought a box). Peripheral equipment remains the same.
By installing the OS on the computer, I was faced with the same problem. After that, I decided to try a different computer and peripherals workstation. As a result, I took my new system unit and connected simple ANOTHER mouse, keyboard and monitor, and saw the same problem. Reinstalled Windows on system. Again the same problem. Then I plugged the monitor, mouse and keyboard back to the other Computer station, and replaced my new hard drive on ANOTHER system. Install OS - and ran on a completely different computer from the same problem.
From what I have concluded that the problem was in my periphery. The problem passed on to the new system from the old periphery. With the new system, the problem has moved to another periphery of the other computer. I suspect that the problem is in the monitor, but, of course, could be wrong. And I apologize in advance for my English.

It could be ghosting if you are using a monitor with a really high response time, something pass about 17ms. But you would notice more than just the pointer taking a second to transition, it would be everything.

Usually artifacting is from over-heating, bad/corrupted drivers or not enough power to the GPU.

"It could be ghosting if you are using a monitor with a really high response time, something pass about 17ms. But you would notice more than just the pointer taking a second to transition, it would be everything."
                                        My monitor - XL2410T - time response 2 ms.

"Usually artifacting is from over-heating, bad/corrupted drivers or not enough power to the GPU."
I think so too, but in this case it's impossible.

I can't understand, how this problem may transfered on another monitor/PC.
I find forum with same problem and Video (maby from FRAPs).
sorry for my link, i can't find spoiler tag!

Also, I have experimented with the cursor image. If you use a cursor, in pixels, which has an alpha channel - there is a problem. If you replace the cursor pointer on the link to any other mouse - there is a problem.
Other patterns I have not found yet.
Yesterday I contacted Microsoft tech support, they may be able to help with something, if they have experience in dealing with such problems. However, I doubt that it will help.

Check for a BIOS update on your motherboard.

I tried to flash the bios as the older and the new version.
