Question about step-up program Sunday, April 15, 2012 1:25 PM (permalink)
I know that you can't step-up a reference card to a non-reference card, but can you step up a non-reference to a newer reference card? I plan on getting a 680 ftw when it comes out, but it seems like the price will be close to the gtx685 if rumors are accurate. So would I be able to step up to a 685 from a 680 FTW?

Never heard of 685. Than again don't make your purchase based on what is going to be here few months from now, because something new will always be around the corner.
