Silverstone Strider 1500w Starting to Fail (Need PSU Suggestions)

I know because during intense gaming the computer would black-out...GPU's stable you ask? Yes and they have been stable for 8months now. Then all of a sudden yesterday, the system failed twice, also recently noticed during boot up DIMM "UPDATE SUCCESSFUL" message, leading me to believe that they weren't getting the voltage necessary to operate at specified timings.
So any suggestions on a solid PSU...I have a Corsair 1200ATX Gold Professional as a backup; think this will last me?
Can't wait to buy 2.0 Version GTX 680's with double ram so I can cut down on my power consumption.

The AX1200 will hold up easily with that rig.
