I've never hated folding proteins so much!

I'm not referring to F@H of course  I'm writing an overview paper of Creutzfeldt-Jakob disease as my last assignment of my undergrad and I'm running out of material. It's no fun, but if you have any questions about the disease, chances are I can help  . Anybody know of any interesting research I can use as filler? A few pages more and I should be set. Sorry if this bugs anybody, I just needed to write some English rather than scientific jargon.
